Using Sub-Contractors

Have you ever felt like you had way to much work to do to get all of it done? Or have you ever felt like you didn’t want to hire a team of paintings due to the headache of it? A new trend is beginning to happen within the painting business. Painting owners are beginning to sub-contract out their work to painters. In the painting world you will find that their are large companies who have their own workers as well as smaller companies. The smaller companies tend to struggle to find work. These are the companies that you will want to reach out. Usually, you will find that they are good workers. However, they don’t take the time or have the know how in reaching out to market their company. They live from job to job. These are the best kind of sub-contractors. They are really good painters and they are looking for their next job.

We have found that it works really well when you can find 2-3 sub-contractors who will work for you. You simply gather the leads and continue to supply them with the leads that they need. This keeps them happy because they are constantly having work sent their way. It also helps you grow your business without having to do all of the labor. We tend to find that it is difficult to grow your painting company with leads while you are having to do all of the labor. It just can’t be done.

We have found some Lafayette CO painters, who have helped some of the painters in Denver. They have been a great resource because they are willing to help these painters North of Denver. Whenever, the painting company gets a call for a paint estimate, they will call these painters right away to let them go to bid the house as well as to set up all of the needing painting supplies for the job. It has worked perfectly for both companies. They actually have been doing this for over 5 years with no reason to stop anytime soon. It is a great plan and a great to meet the needs of both companies.
